The first rule of Born Fitness Coaching is that you do not promote Born Fitness coaching.
This has been the focus of my approach since I started training people on the Internet, and for a simple reason: if I do my job properly, I do not need to promote.
And that's what I've been doing for 10 years now. My site has a tab for online coaching, I have a list of waiting for about 6 years now, and I have been able to make incredible friends, and I've been honored to assist in bodily transformations, health improvements and behavioral change.
That's why you may be wondering: do not you crush your own rule by writing about it now?
Yes, I break my rule, but only because I needed to clear the air and create transparency. Honesty is important, especially in business. And if you can not look at someone in the eye and tell him how things are going, you have no reason to have a conversation about the money exchanging in the first place.
I spend a lot of time talking about "being the change". For me, it means being a catalyst. Arouse something that allows you to make improvements, find your will, and push beyond what you think is possible and create the life you want.
This can happen in many ways, but sometimes it requires you to get help from others.
Just because I help create change does not mean that others can not change me too.
This is exactly what happened two days ago during a coaching call.
Break the mold of secrecy.
You see, most people in online fitness do not share their prices. There are many reasons, but a lot to do with marketing.
While I was sharing the details of my program with Charles, he was waiting to ask the question that he really wanted to know?
What small fortune should I pay?
When I told him my price, he was shocked and immediately disappointed.
"Shit, man, are you serious?"
"Yes, I am." I replied. "Why, what's wrong?"
Charles then began to tell me:
"I thought you would be out of my price range, but I wanted my free consultation, so I called you in. I have already signed up for someone else's program, but Is even more expensive than yours. "
Charles was frustrated because, even though he was sitting on the waiting list and he was organizing a free consultation call, he was assuming I would be too expensive. This is not the first time I've heard this comment.
I do not publish my prices because I do not want money for a determinant. I want concentrated individuals who want to work hard for their results.
But the truth? Each year I work to have some of the lowest prices in online coaching while offering more access and assistance. I work with high level trainers and nutritionists to ensure that the programs are excellent and designed to achieve results. I do not want my prejudices to affect the needs of the client, so I have a system to ensure a customer-centric approach.
I do not want health to be determined by who has the most money. I never want it to be a barrier. This may seem counterintuitive in a society where the value of something is directly related to price. Yes, I need to run a business. And yes, I have to evaluate my time.
But I must also evaluate the money that people have to spend on their health.
That is why I am constantly working to keep prices down while improving the experience. I want fitness to be affordable. And I do not want anyone who feels good about being a privilege of the rich. So, I'm doing what I can to give people better access to the best coaching available.
So can my moment of change.
What is the price of diet and diet plans online?
"You should really let people know your prices," says Charles.
"I know you have a waiting list, but I bet a lot of people would like to work with you if they knew you were affordable."
Words had an impact.
Here is the truth: I charge less than $ 200 a month for fitness and diet plans. There is room for maneuver depending on the needs of the customer, but I am about to lower my prices even more. This is far below the industry average when working with individuals (not group plans), where prices usually range from $ 249 to $ 500 a month. I am not here to judge prices or make a judgment. There are many good coaches doing incredible work, and I have no doubt that they are worth it. But my model is different.
I keep my list of customers small and happy, and continue to try to be a leader in prices and results. First coaching at prices that do not break the bank.
And for one day, I want to make coaching even cheaper. Not only to reveal prices and eliminate confusion, but also to make it even more affordable for people looking for fitness and diet plans.
Twice a year, I hold fewer writing assignments and accept more clients. That's why I can mention the program now, knowing that there is room for a few more people, but not so much that my time per client is decreasing. In other words, if you are on the lookout for online coaching, it is probably the best time to sign up because I open more places and prices are slower. (And yes, there is no coincidence that it coincides with the summer.)
My online coaching program does not take hundreds. It's small and personal. You benefit from unlimited access to ask questions, receive a personalized diet and training plans, and a mobile app to access your workouts. Perhaps most importantly, you know that my team and I have your back. But once the spots are taken, they are gone.
If you want to work with us, click here and see if the program is right for you. We have done our utmost to make our coaching affordable and ensure that you receive the personalized attention you deserve. And remember, the initial part is safe.
