The Surface Naval Warfare Center recently hosted Quick Improvement Event and gathered staff from various departments dealing with hazardous materials (HAZMAT) with the aim of improving cycle time security and overall performance for the future. Led by James Schwartz, NSWC PhD CPI Lean Six Sigma MBB, the group's efforts are aimed at creating a healthy dialogue while addressing current state issues. The War Center continues its journey with Lean Six Sigma, an ongoing process that will soon produce the results it aims to achieve
